Being known and awarded for an initiative of empowering physically challenged, Microsign completed its 40 years and the staff made the occasion special by celebrating the eve in their way.
It was a surprise event for Nisheeth Mehta, CEO and Founder, who shared some of the organization’s key notable highlights. “It’s our honor that we have a staff with different capabilities. Our team of 50% specially-abled people are working enthusiastically with manufacturing unit, marketing, and assembly and packaging department. It is their contribution due to which we have survived for four decades,” he said.
“We know that everyone is born with unique capability and we are aware of the fact that there is nothing to be called as “waste”. Every creation of the nature is pure and special. Microsign have not only provided employment to physically disabled, but have given them confidence to live like other humans, and it is our privilege that we are working with them since 1986” he further told.
Microsign manufacture releasable Ty-wraps, Cable Tie’s (self locking), trim rivets and clips, and body clips. They are catering clients from different industries-

Out of 42 volunteers, 12 people are hearing and speech impaired and working in manufacturing unit. 25 are orthopedically handicap and working with packaging department. Rest are mentally challenged and giving their best efforts in packaging and assembly area. Team Microsign works round the year and round the clock. It is the tremendous efforts of the team that has given Microsign an edge in the industry to meet the clients’ demand.
This 40th anniversary celebration was held on 19/02/2018, at Budhel Factory, Bhavnagar – Gujarat. At the event, all the staff and management promised to work with a greater enthusiasm, commitment, and responsibility.
Pathik Mehta, the director of Business Development at Microsign Products has shared the mission of the company. “We work differently and produce innovative ideas and quality products using skills of specially-abled people working with us. We are having a list of happy clients and it becomes possible with our working teams that are doing their job with dedication.”
